Feasibility study for 140-room hotel extension to the existing golf clubhouse at Palmerstown House.
The hotel extension is designed to accommodate 140 bedrooms over two floors wrapping around and external courtyard with a 400 seater banqueting hall, treatment rooms and swimming pool facilities to the ground and first floor. The existing clubhouse is repurposed to service the new extension.
