A new-build house on an existing suburban garden plot. The house comprises of three interconnecting forms stepping vertically & horizontally to create privacy. This allows light to enter on a constricted site due to existing neighbouring dwellings restricting where and how the form could open to the exterior.
The dwelling is organised front to rear, from public to private, with long controlled internal views horizontally and vertically through the house & site.
