Extension & Renovation
Client: Private
Completion: 2026

Originally a modest 1960s bungalow with an elevation offered views towards the city and landscape beyond that the original configuration failed to exploit. Prior to its renovation the house sat anchored between a front and rear garden, but with little sense of either felt internally.

Extensions to both the rear, side, and the addition of a dormer roof to the attic space, along with reconfiguration of internal floor plan, transformed the house. Now adapted to modern living, with interlinked living spaces, abundant natural light, and connection to the exterior.

Contemporary finishes compliment the home’s modern configuration, with polished concrete floors linking all ground floor spaces, and oak timberwork adding subtle colour and warmth to living spaces.
