Private housing development for a masterplan for 341 housing units on a site in Cosmona, Loughrea. The first application for the site was prepared as a Strategic Housing Development application to An Bord Pleanala for two out of a total of six phases.
James Corbett Architects were involved in developing the overall site strategy & individual unit design.
