Complete renovation with a contemporary ground floor extension of a three storey late 19C townhouse for use as a family home
The main portion of the house was in good structural condition overall but was deteriorating rapidly due to poor maintenance. A series of emergency works was undertaken to stabilise the property and is now complete with work progressing on the main renovation and extension works.
