Client: Limerick City & County Council
This scheme intends to restore the streetscape on this brownfield urban infill site where a corner building has been removed. The massing of the scheme responds to the existing adjacent units by stepping down to meet adjacent properties and either directly addresses the street edge (Clare Street) or sits back (Lelia Place).
The scale of the building increases at the corner to respond to the urban context of the site and to create a strong urban presence.
